"As a child, my mother, Biddy, used to make the most wonderful lemon cordial my brother, sisters and I. As a professional chef, event organiser and CEO (former), of Perks Catering ltd, I’ve shared her recipe with wedding guests and corporate clients for years.

All ingredients are fresh and locally sourced, with grated zest and squeezed juice to give it all the flavour I remember from my childhood, and comes in lemon, lime and, as soon as possible, ginger.

I was invited to do tastings at various shops which proved to be highly successful and great fun. Listening to customers comments was so important to get the products completely right for the consumer.
